Start by reaching for your toes. Sit on the ground and gently stretch toward your toes. Can you make it? If not, set it as a goal and keep working at it. Next, stand in place with your feet close together and your hands clasped together high over your head. Reach upward and to the side. Relax and then repeat on the other side. Finish the circuit with 20 lunges. Repeat 3x.

It works best in an area where you have plenty of room to run safely (like a track or running path). Alternate short sprints (run as fast as you can) with sets of 10 jumping jacks. Don’t rest in between, alternate from one to the other as quickly as you can.

This 10-minute workout almost seems too fun to work but, if you get moving, you’ll see results. Find an open area with no obstructions, pop on your favorite song, and dance in the sun. At the end of the song, run in place for 2-3 minutes and then finish your quickie workout with some gentle stretching.
