  1. Get Up

The biggest mistake most office workers make is as soon as they sit, they’ll stay seated for the next couple of hours or until they get off from work. Use this time to take bathroom breaks, refill your water bottle, or go out and get some fresh air.

So, spice up your weekly or monthly meetings by taking it outside. You can talk while walking with your co-workers, and still be able to tackle the meeting’s agenda effectively.

This may sound surprising to you, but you can burn calories if you keep the temperature a little low. When the body feels cold, it’ll work hard just to stay warm. When it does, it can lead to more burning of calories.
